Postage/Handling and Return Policy

POSTAGE

I use Australia Post for all of my deliveries and I am governed by their weight and pricing guidelines.

Australia Delivery is divided into not only post codes but also zones.
Express parcel delivery is not covered in all areas.

International delivery is also divided into zones and areas. Please check with Australia Post to verify postage costs.

I will weigh your item including the packaging and will send the invoice for payment prior to posting. Payment in full will be required. If you have a query about the postage please go to the Australia Post website to verify the cost. I will do my best effort to make sure you are charged fairly for postage.

I use PayPal for all invoicing when you purchase direct from this site.

Etsy purchases are via Etsy site.

Australia Delivery guideline only:

Standard post up to 500g satchel $8.95 3-6 days delivery.

standard post up to 3kg satchel $13.80 3-6 days delivery.

Boxed items are a different price according to size and depth and weight.

Express post starts at $11.95 satchel. Please request Express post in your email when ordering.



REFUND POLICY

I endeavour to make sure that all images are as close as possible to the item's true colour/s but due to different computers/ devices imaging may differ. 

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
